Every mail list that Data & Mailing Resources receives is run through our CASS & DPV software.
The CASS Certification process is designed to improve the accuracy of postal codes (i.e. carrier route, 5-digit ZIP, ZIP + 4, and delivery point codes) that appear on mail pieces. This CASS Certification process allows us to create a delivery point barcode that will help your mail piece get the largest postage discount available.* | | | |  | | | |
The DPV process obtains accurate delivery address information and facilitates identification of erroneous addresses contained in mailer address files. Mailer use of DPV will help to reduce the amount of undeliverable as addressed pieces, which in turn will result in more efficient postal mail processing and delivery operations.*
